Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make your mark on a brand-new concept? Dewa Cafe is officially launching, and we are seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Accounting Officer to join our elite pre-opening team in Curug, Banten.
As the foundational member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in setting up our financial workflows, managing initial operational costs, and ensuring the fiscal health of our cafe from day one. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the precision required to manage daily accounting cycles in the hospitality industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain the company’s financial accounting systems and internal controls.
- Manage daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure accurate inventory tracking and food cost management.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts.
- Handle tax reporting and ensure compliance with local Indonesian tax regulations.
- Reconcile daily cash reports from the Point of Sale (POS) system with bank statements.
- Assist management in monitoring operational costs to maximize profitability during the pre-opening phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (experience in F&B or retail is a significant plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or SAP).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-finance team members.
