Tanggung Jawab
- Verify payment documents for accuracy and completeness before supervisor approval
- Prepare and maintain financial proofs, vouchers, and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Process payments and manage financial transactions efficiently
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Collaborate with Finance team to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in logistics/transportation
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
