Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end general accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles to ensure timely processing and vendor/client relationships
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports compliant with Philippine Accounting Standards
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Assist in internal/external audits by providing accurate documentation and supporting schedules
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with tax department to ensure compliance with BIR regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
