Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards
- Process journal entries and account reconciliations with strict attention to detail
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Collaborate with accounts payable/receivable teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Implement and improve accounting controls and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR regulations
- CPA license is preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
