Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Monitor and manage bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded and captured correctly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure all financial documentation meets regulatory and tax requirements.
- Support the finance team in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is an advantage but not required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in General Ledger accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
