You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the finance department in daily operations. We value precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring all invoices are processed timely and accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for year-end closing processes.
- Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and Singapore accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a trading environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Experience working in a Japanese MNC is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
