Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and accounting records
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support budget preparation and monitor financial performance against targets
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Assist in internal audits and financial reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably at supervisor/coordinator level
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Experience with Indonesian GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, AK) is highly desirable
