Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting operations and accurately record financial transactions in the system.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax documents.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely settlements.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) highly preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations is a plus.
