Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations to verify financial data integrity.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting principles (GAAP/PFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline financial processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in an accounting role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/PFRS) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
