Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions for property portfolios including rent collections, vendor payments, and maintenance expenses
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements for property stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies
- Monitor budget adherence and variances, providing detailed variance analyses to property managers
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews and ensure all documentation is audit-ready
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes to minimize risk
- Assist in the preparation of property-specific financial forecasts and capital expenditure plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in property accounting or real estate financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep understanding of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration with property managers
- Detail-oriented with proven track record in reconciling high-volume transactions
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines in a dynamic environment
