Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
- Lead implementation and optimization of SAP and Odoo ERP systems for clients
- Provide strategic business advisory on financial process automation and digital transformation
- Supervise accounting team members and ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations
- Develop financial models and KPI dashboards to support data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with IT teams on system integrations and process improvements
- Train clients on ERP utilization and best practices for financial management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA license preferred
- 5+ years experience in accounting with 2+ years in ERP implementation
- Advanced proficiency in SAP (FICO/CO-PA modules) and Odoo accounting systems
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects for finance teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Experience managing accounting teams and cross-functional project delivery
- Expert knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards
