Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of final pay for separated employees in compliance with labor laws.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies or errors immediately.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date payroll and final settlement records.
- Prepare and review payroll reports for management and internal auditing purposes.
- Collaborate closely with the HR department to facilitate smooth employee separations.
- Adhere to company policies and internal financial controls during all payroll cycles.
- Process tax filings and statutory contributions related to final settlements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically within payroll processing.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Tax codes and labor standards.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with strict confidentiality.
