Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and posting of daily journal entries.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Help in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for financial documents.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
- Must be willing to undergo on-the-job training (OJT).
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Located in or willing to commute to Quiapo, Metro Manila.
