Gigahertz Computer Systems is seeking a dedicated and energetic Accounting On-the-Job Training (OJT) candidate to join our dynamic finance team in Quiapo, Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks and accurate data entry into accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for financial records.
- Assist in payroll processing and generating basic payroll reports.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly financial summaries and reports under supervision.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the team lead.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting procedures.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check if required.
