Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with PFRS/IFRS standards.
- Mentor, lead, and develop a high-performing team to meet operational KPIs and internal service level agreements.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure full regulatory and tax compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
- Prepare comprehensive financial performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
