Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Monitor and review financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing support.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audits and filing processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance accounting workflow efficiency and cost control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA licensure is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a small team.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
