Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record daily financial transactions accurately within the accounting system.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records and digital documentation.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of Philippine taxation laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
