- Manage daily accounting operations including data encoding and financial record maintenance
- Process and reconcile invoices to ensure timely vendor payments and revenue recognition
- Conduct inventory management through systematic tracking and reconciliation procedures
- Prepare accurate financial reports and assist in month-end closing processes
- Maintain organized accounting documentation and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in numerical data handling
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
