- Accurately encode financial data into accounting systems and maintain proper documentation
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Handle invoicing procedures, ensuring all invoices are accurate, timely, and properly documented
- Conduct inventory management and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock records
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review and decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
