We're seeking a meticulous financial steward to manage our complete accounting operations and ensure fiscal excellence. This critical role encompasses the full spectrum of financial management, from daily transaction processing to strategic reporting. You'll maintain accurate financial records, optimize cash flow through vendor payment coordination, and ensure seamless payroll operations. The position demands proactive tax compliance expertise and the ability to transform complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership. As a vital member of our finance team, you'll contribute directly to our operational efficiency and growth trajectory while working in one of Indonesia's most stunning locations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Execute accurate and timely payroll operations for all staff
- Handle invoicing cycles and payment collection procedures
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations monthly
- Coordinate vendor payment processing and relationship management
- Generate financial reports for management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience in hospitality sector
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
