We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join the dynamic team at Millionaire Group Indonesia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accurate recording of transactions and the preparation of comprehensive financial reports.
As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, managing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and record daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and monthly/annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved.
- Assist in the preparation of tax reports and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPh).
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and internal controls to minimize risk.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Quickbooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
