Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Assist in budget preparation and expense control initiatives
- Conduct bank reconciliations and fixed asset management
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Implement process improvements in accounting workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with relevant certifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax and GAAP standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
