Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Conduct monthly/quarterly reconciliations and financial analysis
- Assist with tax compliance and audit preparations
- Implement and improve accounting procedures and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Utilize accounting software (SAP, MYOB) for data management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional certification (AK, BKP) preferred
