Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor departmental expenses.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial auditing requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Process expense reports and maintain organized financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
