Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
- Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with restaurant management to provide financial insights and support decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
