Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial statement closing process for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain financial models using advanced MS Excel techniques
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to gather and verify financial data
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian accounting standards and company policies
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for stakeholders
- Review and reconcile accounts to maintain financial integrity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a public listed company
- Expert proficiency in financial statement closing processes
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
