Tanggung Jawab
- Understand and document business processes across all entities to ensure accurate accounting treatment
- Review and prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and regulatory requirements
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audit processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Certification (AK, BKP) is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
