Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and fixed assets
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial processes
- Coordinate external audit engagements and ensure compliance with BPKP standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Lead accounting team development through training and performance management
- Streamline financial reporting workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards
- Proven track record in supervising accounting teams of 3+ members
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with ERP implementation and process optimization
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
