Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full Record-to-Report (RTR) cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Oversee the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance on daily financial transactions and ledger management.
- Analyze financial performance, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and investigate variances against budget.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audit and statutory tax filing requirements.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data within the ERP system and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for senior stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/ACCA) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
