Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain complete full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) adhering to Malaysian FRS standards
- Manage client communications regarding financial matters, inquiries, and documentation requirements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and internal accounting controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate journal entries and adjustments
- Prepare management reports and variance analyses for financial performance review
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide required documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA qualification preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full set accounting preparation
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly explain financial concepts
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in numerical data and financial documentation
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
