Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and reconciliation of financial accounts to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights to senior management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Participate in international business trips to provide financial oversight for global operations and regional audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Professional certification such as Brevet A/B or CPA is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate financial data clearly to stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business requirements.
