- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Conduct internal audits to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
- Develop and implement accounting systems and procedures to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and budgeting
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
