You will be responsible for reconciling complex accounts, maintaining financial records, and providing analytical support that drives informed business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily and monthly financial reconciliation and general ledger entries.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures, and SOX controls.
- Monitor and process accounts payable/receivable transactions with high precision.
- Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase departmental efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or financial services (Fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, global environment.
- Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules to support global clients.
