Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close process by verifying data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents and ensure data integrity within ERP systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial services.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
