Tanggung Jawab
- Process and reconcile complex financial transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for corporate clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance
- Implement and optimize accounting workflows to improve service delivery efficiency
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for assigned clients
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Minimum 2+ years of professional accounting or financial services experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a client-facing role
