Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards
- Lead reconciliation activities for complex accounts and transactional data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and process bottlenecks
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial services
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Certification in accounting processes (e.g., APICS, CMA) is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities
