Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement accounting process improvements for efficiency gains
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities with timely deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Demonstrated experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
