Tuan Sing Holdings Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Estate Executive - General Service to oversee day-to-day operations at our flagship township development, Opus Bay, in Batam. In this role, you will play a strategic part in ensuring the entire estate remains clean, safe, hygienic, and meticulously well-maintained to uphold the premium standard of the property.

As an Estate Executive, you will coordinate key services, manage ground operations, and act as a vital link between service providers, residents, and management. This is an exceptional opportunity for an operations-driven property professional to advance their career with a leading regional developer.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily general service operations, including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and pest control across the estate.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all common areas, amenities, and facilities meet high standards of safety and hygiene.
  • Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond to and resolve feedback, requests, and inquiries from residents and tenants in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in drafting, planning, and monitoring operational budgets and expenditures for estate management.
  • Coordinate with local municipal authorities and government bodies regarding estate regulations and compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in estate operations, facility management, or township management.
  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices, vendor management, and local health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on approach to on-site issues.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate effectively with a diverse team and residency.
  • Familiarity with the Batam real estate landscape is highly desirable.
