Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems
- Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of construction materials
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement teams for material requisitions
- Maintain safety compliance in storage areas
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely deliveries
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of material handling procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
- Basic mathematical and record-keeping skills
- Experience in property/construction sector preferred
- Forklift operation certification is advantageous
