Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and review accurate financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements, on a monthly and annual basis.
- Assist with the monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring all reconciliations are completed and reported on time.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and government reporting requirements to minimize risk and penalties.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly, investigating and resolving any discrepancies immediately.
- Support external and internal audit processes by providing organized documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with clients to improve their financial processes and suggest automation opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role within a firm or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or local ERP systems) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in large datasets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
