Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting services for a diverse portfolio of business clients.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, WHT, and Corporate Income Tax filings.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to help clients make informed business decisions.
- Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management, and fixed asset tracking.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during annual audits or inquiries.
- Utilize cloud-based accounting software to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, or BKP) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an accounting firm or a high-volume corporate finance environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP Business One.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple client deadlines concurrently.
