Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for accounting software applications via email, chat, and phone.
- Facilitate the end-to-end implementation and setup of accounting software for new clients.
- Conduct product training sessions for users to ensure proficiency in software features and accounting best practices.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system errors, ensuring timely resolution to minimize operational downtime.
- Document software bugs and collaborate with the development team for feature enhancements or patches.
- Create and maintain technical knowledge base articles, user manuals, and FAQ documentation.
- Proactively monitor client system performance and provide recommendations for workflow optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support or software implementation, preferably within an accounting environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-based applications and SQL database basics.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand instructions for non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while meeting strict project timelines.
