Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily treasury activities, including cash management, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and perform data entry in our financial systems.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing reports and financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial reports and reconciliations.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or treasury operations.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
