Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting processes.
- Handle tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax returns, ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
- Execute bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to maintain operational liquidity.
- Perform periodic financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and report variances.
- Assist in external and internal audit preparations and provide necessary documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a general accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
