Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to drive business strategy.
- Maintain precise documentation for audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial reporting and expense tracking processes.
- Monitor e-commerce transaction workflows to ensure payment accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight financial deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
