Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide variance analysis to management.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding items.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping within a medical or corporate environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
