Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other government agencies.
- Perform daily reconciliation of general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during periodic examinations and audits.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for audit readiness and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and experience with Core Banking Systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
