Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities and ensure accurate general ledger entries.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine tax laws (BIR) and company financial policies.
- Support the payroll process and review employee expense reports.
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Makati City, Metro Manila.
