Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and budget reports for the tourism department.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring all vendor and partnership agreements are tracked and processed correctly.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and financial audits.
- Assist in forecasting and strategic financial planning for future tourism projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
