Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets and income reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions comply with GAAP standards
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external examinations
- Implement and improve accounting controls to enhance financial accuracy
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with financial audits and compliance documentation
